√ Bucky refuses to cut his hair even though he lets Steve help him start shaving again after a while before he adjusts to doing it himself.
√ Bucky likes having his hair brushed and will settle down between Steve’s knees when they’re watching TV and let Steve comb through it until he turns into a puddle of lax muscles and sleepy puppies
√ Bucky lets Natasha experiment on him with more modern hairstyles as long as his hair stays long enough for Steve to play with
√ Bucky grows out his hair so it goes down his back, braids and pins it so it doesn’t get in his way during missions
√ Bucky learns how to put eyeliner on from watching YouTube videos because he likes looking good [always had a fascination with eyeliner before the war(?)]
√ Bucky gets himself a few piercings and tattoos because he wants to modify his body himself after having it modified against his will.
